At Real Design we feel strongly that in order to build a better wheel you need to first understand how all the different parts of the wheel come together in an effort to create the perfect harmony you desire. For instance in order to build the lightest set of wheels you would have to compromise in torsional rigidity and durability. In order to build the most aerodynamic wheels you are likely to give a little in weight and torsional stiffness in order to be the fastest in a straight line.
